Annual General MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Lake O'Hara Trails Club takes place each year in June. LOTC members are welcome to attend.

The 2025 AGM will take on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Iron Goat Grill Meeting Room, 703 Benchlands Trail, Canmore, T1W 3G9. Prefer to attend via Zoom? Email info@lotc.ca for a meeting link.

Prefer to vote by proxy? By using the proxy form LOTC members can choose to designate someone else to exercise their voting rights at the meeting. If you don’t know a person who will be present, you can identify the Secretary of the Club to vote on your behalf. Download Proxy Form
